Walton Hi-Tech to hold AGM on Sept 29

The 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Walton Hi-Tech Industries, a listed company in the engineering sector, has been announced to be held on September 29 (Wednesday).

The AGM will be held virtually over a digital platform at 12:00 pm on the day.

The AGM of the company will approve the audited financial statements for the financial year ended June 30, 2021 and the declared dividend. In addition, the company’s director selection and auditors’ remuneration for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022 will be determined.

The agreement between Walton Plaza and Walton Hi-Tech Industries and the purchase of land for the company’s iconic tower will be approved during the AGM.

At the same time, the issue of renaming the company as Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC instead of Walton Hi-Tech Industries will be raised before the shareholders for approval at the AGM.
