IU takes exams amid COVID-19 outbreak

The authorities of Islamic University are taking examinations of different departments on the campus in Kushtia amid COVID-19 outbreak.
The university took the examinations in compliance with the health guidelines, IU acting controller of examinations office officials said on Tuesday.
IU vice-chancellor Professor Shaikh Abdus Salam visited the examination centers.
Different departments took their improvement and bachelor's and masters' final examinations that have been pending because of coronavirus outbreak, IU acting controller of examinations Abul Kalam Azad Lavlu said.
They provided transport facility to the students during the examination period, he added.
The authorities took the decision regarding holding the examinations at the 119th academic council meeting of the university on December 22.
