House of Nubdians: Dream for NU students

If we observe closely, we will find that the students of National University are treated a little bit differently from students of other universities. It’s kind of a negative approach – something like – Ohh, you are studying at National University! For such negative comments, a large number of National University students face a lack of self-confidence! In our society, the National University students are neglected and not admitted in public, this is the sad truth.

Palash, who initiates the House of NUBDians (https://www.facebook.com/nubdians), came up with the comments at a program recently.

According to Palash, ‘Whether it is job or anything, the students of National University are neglected; but any field or institution of studies can never be negligible. We are dedicated to the self-development of the students of National University.’

He said the House of NUBDians is a different organization with a different purpose. House of NUBdians is a unique platform working for the students of National University. The journey began with simple stories about our daily life. I planned to create a platform that will work specifically for the students of National University.

As a part of skill development activities, every Thursday, different classes are being arranged on Communication, English, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Job Interview, CV Writing in the Facebook group LIVE, taken by eminent teachers of Dhaka University and renowned corporate icons. Within a very short span of time, this platform is going to become a large family for the students of National University.
