CUELSA gets new executive body

Azizul Haque, Additional District and Sessions Judge, of third batch and Barrister Mohammad Osman Chowdhury of eighth batch of law department of Chittagong University, have been selected president and general secretary of Chittagong University Ex-Law Students' Association (CUELSA).

Chief Election Commissioner ANM Murshed Khan, Fakhruddin Jabed and Montasir Ahmed announced a new 79-member executive committee for the next one year on Friday.

Since its inception, the organization has been conducting various educational, social and cultural activities with the alumni and current students of the CU Law Department.

In 2021, the organization formed a fund to help about 35 poor students of the department.
