IU Career Club gets new body 

M Ashikur Rahman of management department and Farjana Islam Mahee of law and land management department have been made the president and general secretary respectively of Islamic University Career Club (IUCC).

A press release, signed by IUCC founding convener Humayun Kabir Jibon and its joint-convener Ashikur Rahman, was issued in this regard on Wednesday.

The other members of the committee are- Humayun Kabir Jibon as vice-president, Redwanul Islam Emran as joint-secretary, Rasel Murad as organising secretary,  Sumaiya Tabassum Omie as assistant organising secretary, Mutasim Billah Riyad as treasurer, Akhi Alomgir as assistant treasurer, Tauhid Ahmed Asif as office secretary, Saifullah Mahadi as assistant office secretary, Azaharul Islam as media and press secretary, Pollob Ahmed Siam as assistant media and press secretary, Abdullah Al Noman Naafi as IT and design secretary, Fahim Musaddiq as assistant IT and design secretary, Akhi Khanom as entrepreneurship secretary, Abul Talha Akash as literature secretary, Mojammel Hossen Rumman as higher study affairs secretary, Tahmid Hasan Shovon as assistant higher study affairs secretary, Abdul Karim as BCS secretary, Abu Zahed Raihan as public relations secretary, Reza Hasan Robin as assistant public relations secretary and Shihab Uddin as communication lead secretary. 

The body would hold its post for the next one year, the press release said.

Ashikur Rahman said that they would work for the betterment of IUCC as well as for producing qualified members with the assistance of all.

Islamic University Career Club has started its journey on the campus on October 17, 2020 aiming to enrich and broaden the experience of the student community, and to better enable them to build a career.
