A total of 21 seats remained vacant at ‘D’ unit under the Theology and Islamic Studies Faculty of Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia for its 2020-21 academic session after enrolling candidates from merit lists.
‘D’ unit coordinator Professor M Yaqub Ali told New Age that the seats were still vacant after admitting students from the merit list.
The vacant seats would be fulfilled by enrolling students from the waiting lists.
More information regarding the admission would be available on the university website at www.iu.ac.bd, he added.
The admission test of the unit was held on the campus in Kushtia on November 2 as there were no such faculty in other public universities who joined in the unified admission test.
