34 cops transferred from Cox’s Bazar

A major reshuffle has been made in Cox’s Bazar district police. As part of it, some 34 policemen of separate police stations in the district have been transferred to different districts of the country.
Sources on Thursday (September 24) said, a notification signed by Additional IGP Dr Md Moinur Rahman Chowdhury was issued in this regard on Wednesday.
Chattogram Range DIG Md Anwar Hossain said, a total of 34 police inspectors are working in Cox’s Bazar district. They were transferred.
The transferred inspectors were asked to take release orders from their current workplaces by September 29 and be present at Police Headquarters in Dhaka on September 30.
