Dhaka’s rail link with Mymensingh, Rajshahi restored

Rail link of Dhaka with Rajshahi and Mymensingh has been restored after one and half hours.

Chief Station Master of Joydebpur Junction Md Shajahan confirmed the news.

The train movement started around 12.15pm.

It was suspended following the derailment of a train in Dhirasram rail station area of Gazipur City Corporation on Wednesday morning.

The engine of Jamalpur Commuter Train derailed in Dhirasram rail station area around 10.45am, snapping the Dhaka’s rail link with Rajshahi and Mymensingh.
