Road crashes kill 3 in Feni

At least three people were killed and three others were injured in different road accidents in Daganbhuiyan upazila of Feni on Friday (October 30).

The deceased were known as Md Jakaria, Ainul Haque and Abdur Rab, 76.

Police and locals said, Md Zakaria and Ainul were killed as their autorickshaw collided head-on with a Dream Line Paribahan bus on the Daganbhuiyan-Bashurhat road in Daganbhuiyan upazila around 8am.

The bodies were sent to Feni General Hospital morgue for autopsy.

Daganbhuiyan police station OC Imtiaz Ahmed said, police recovered the bus and the auto rickshaw.

On the other hand, Abdur Rab was killed when a motorcycle rammed a bicycle in Notunpole area of Yakub union of Daganbhuiyan upazila on Thursday night.
