Parents detained for ‘killing’ their child

The body of the 15-day old child has been found 36 hours after he went missing from her mother lap in Satkhira.

Police recovered the dead body of Sohan Hossain from a septic tank behind their house at Sahapur village under Kalaroa upazila.
Police has detained the parents for killing their child.

Satkhira Additional Police Super Mirza Salah Uddin confirmed the news.

“The child was suffering from many diseases as a result the parents killed the child to escape from sufferings”, the police officer said.

The 15-day old child went missing from his mother lap on Thursday.

The child’s father filed a general diary in this regard.
