One held with 18 kg hemp in Jashore

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-6 in a special drive arrested a man along with 18 kilograms of hemp from Ramchandrapur Government Primary School field in Sharsha upazila of Jashore on Saturday (Nov 28) night.

The arrestee is Haju Kazi, son of Mojid Kazi of Ramchandrapur village in the upazila.

Squad Command assistant superintendent of police (ASP) HM Shafiqur Rahman confirmed the news this morning and said that Haju Kazi was handed over to Sharsha police station and a case was filed against him.
