3 to walk gallows for killing in N’ganj

A court in Narayanganj on Monday (November 30) sentenced three people to death and a person to ten-year imprisonment for killing a child named Shoib in 2013.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Court Judge Sheikh Razia Sultana passed the order.

The convicts are – Fazal Mia, Razu Mia, Jashim and Nasir Uddin.

Additional public prosecutor (APP) Abdur Rahim said, the accused kidnaped the school boy and killed him on February 20, 2013. Police recovered the body after six days of abduction.

Later, the victim’s father filed a murder case mentioning 13 names.
