Three killed in Pabna road crash

At least three passengers of a battery-run van were killed after a truck hit it at Bhangura in Pabna on Friday noon.

The accident took place around 1.30pm in Tiktikipara area of Rangalia.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bhangura Thana Anowar Hossain confirmed the news.

The deceased were identified as Imon Hossin, 16, son of late Rashid Pramanik at Par  Bhangura village under Bhangura sadar union, his brother Imran Hossain, 14, and their cousin Summa Khatun, 13, daughter of Shfikul Islam.

Injured one has been admitted to Bhangura Upazila Health Complex.

After the accident, the truck fled the spot.
