Quader Mirza alerts Obaidul Quader

Abdul Quader Mirza alerted his elder brother Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader saying, I am also angry with him (Obaidul Quader).

Quader Mirza came up with the opinion while addressing a street rally at Bashurhat of Companiganj upazila in Noakhali on Sunday (January 10).

He said, “We will be needed if he (Obaidul Quader) wants to become elected again from his constituency Noakhali-5 (Companiganj-Kabirhat).”

Aiming Obnaidul Quader, Quader Mirza said, “It’s not easy to win election here. It’s tough.”

The mayoral candidate of Bashurhat municipality said, “Obaidul Quader doesn’t support me. No one from central Awami League supports me. Awami League men from Noakhali and Feni sent arms against me. I don’t have support from DC, SP, and election officer.”

I will continue my protest against corruption, he added.
