Lowest temperature recorded in Sreemangal even today

The country's lowest temperature has been recorded even today in Sreemangal of Moulvibazar.

The temperature was recorded at 7.5 degrees Celsius on Sunday (January 17) at 9:00 am.

Jahedul Islam Masum, weather assistant at Sreemangal Weather Observatory Centre, confirmed this to risingbd.

Jahedul Islam Masum said, “The country's lowest temperature was recorded even today at 7.5 degrees Celsius in Sreemangal. Shivering cold has gripped the entire area, causing great sufferings to the people.”

Earlier yesterday, the lowest temperature of 7.9 degrees Celsius was also recorded in Srimangal of Moulvibazar.
