Jubo League leader Aditya Nandi stabbed in election campaign

Central Jubo League Deputy Publicity and Publication Secretary Aditya Nandi has been stabbed in election campaign of Awami Legue candidate Rezaul Karim in Chattogram City Corporation (CCC) polls.

The incident took place Panchlaish thana area of the city corporation around 2:30 pm on Sunday (January 24).

Bijoy Bosak, Deputy Commissioner (DC-North) of Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP) confirmed the matter.

According to police and locals, Aditya Nandi was stabbed at one stage of having altercation between two groups in procession brought out by Jubo League. He was immediately taken to a local private clinic. However, he returned to home as the condition was not much serious.
