Walton Director Mridul’s qulkhawani held

The qulkhawani for Mahbub Alam Mridul, a director of Walton Group, has been held at Gosai Joair of Tangail through arranging various events including recitation from holy Quran, doa mahfil and free medical camp.
The qulkhawani for Mridul, also a young entrepreneur, was held at his village home at Gosai Joair of Tangail at 12:30 pm on Monday (January 25). During this time, a special munajat was offered seeking peace for his departed soul.
Vice-Chairman of Walton Group SM Nurul Alam Rezvi, Deputy Commissioner of Tangail Md Ataul Gani, Vice-Chairman of Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited SM Shamsul Alam, Director SM Mahbubul Alam, Director SM Rezaul Alam Shamim, Director S M Monjurul Alam Ovee, Managing Director Engineer Golam Murshed, Deputy Managing Director Nazrul Islam Sarkar, Md Humayun Kabir, Executive Director SM Zahid Hasan, Shoaib Hossain Nobel, F.M. Iqbal Bin Anwar (Don), Firoj Alam, Tangail Sadar Upazila Parishad Chairman Shahjahan Ansari and other members of Walton Group were present at the qulkhawani.
Besides, a large number of people from his village, his relatives, acquaintances and well-wishers also attended the qulkhawani.
Mahbub Alam Mridul died of cardiac arrest in Dhaka on Thursday (January 21) evening at the age of 23 years. He breathed his last in the city’s Evercare Hospital around 6:23pm.
He was buried at the family graveyard at Gosai Joair of Tangail on Friday (January 22).
Mahbub Alam Mridul was born on January 25, 1997 to an aristocratic Muslim family. His father SM Shamsul Alam is the Vice-Chairman of Walton Hi-Tech Industries Ltd.
He joined Walton Group on September 1, 2019.
