7-day lockdown begins in 2 Natore municipalities

The seven-day strict lockdown has begun in Natore and Singra municipalities to contain the spread of coronavirus infections.
The lockdown that started from 6:00am on Wednesday (June 09) will continue till Tuesday (June 15).
During the lockdown period, no one would be allowed to go out and mobile courts would be conducted to ensure health guidelines in the municipalities. Volunteers can provide essential goods during the time, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Md Shahriaz said.
The local administration and members of law enforcement agencies will jointly work to implement the lockdown, the DC added.
