Triple murder in Kushtia: Case filed against ASI Soumen

A case has been filed against Assistant Sub-inspector (ASI) of police Soumen Mitra for killing three people including his wife Asma Khatun and son Robin.

Hasina Begum, mother of Asma Khatun, filed the case around 11.30 on Sunday with Kushtia Model Thana.

Hasina Begum, wife of Amir Ali of Nathuria village in Kumarkhali upazila, said, “In the morning, Soumen left our rented house near Babur Ali Gate in the town with Asma to go to Khulna. In the afternoon, I heard that Asma has been admitted to Kushtia Sadar Hospital. I came here and found my daughter dead”.
