14 more die at Mymensingh hospital Covid unit

A total of 14 people have died from coronavirus and coronavirus-like symptoms at the Covid-19 unit of Mymensingh Medical College and Hospital (MMCH) in the last 24 hours.

The deaths were reported in the last 24 hours starting from 8:00am on Friday (July 23) to 8:00am today, Saturday (July 24).

Dr Mohiuddin Khan Moon, focal person of the Covid unit, confirmed the news.

Besides, some 96 people have tested positive for the Covid-19 over the same period.

Among the deaths, two died of coronavirus infections while the rest 12 died of coronavirus-like symptoms.
