18 more die of Covid-19 in Kushtia

Eighteen more people died of coronavirus (Covid-19) infections and coronavirus-like symptoms in the past 24 hours at Kushtia Corona Dedicated Hospital.

The deaths were reported in the last 24 hours starting from 8:00am on Saturday (July 31) to 8:00am today, Sunday (August 01).

Of the dead, 14 people died of Covid-19 infections, and the rest four died of symptoms similar to that of coronavirus.

As many as 181 people tested positive for the virus over the same time.

Dr Abdul Momen, caretaker at the Kushtia General Hospital confirmed the information.
