8 more die at Mymensingh hospital Covid unit

Eight more people have died from coronavirus and coronavirus-like symptoms at the Covid-19 unit of Mymensingh Medical College and Hospital (MMCH) in the past 24 hours.

The deaths were reported in the last 24 hours starting from 8:00am on Saturday (September 25) to 8:00am today, Sunday (September 26).

Dr Mohiuddin Khan Moon, focal person of the Covid unit, confirmed the matter.

Besides, some 20 more people tested positive for the virus over the same period, he said.
