Hili Land Port earns Tk 353 crore revenue

Hili Land Port in Hakimpur upazila of Dinajpur earned Tk 353.41 crore revenue in the first 10 months of 2021-22 fiscal.

The National Board of Revenue (NBR) fixed a target of earning Tk 381.76 crore revenue.  The deficit in revenue collection from the Hili Land Port stood at Tk 28.35 crore.

Deputy Commissioner of Hili Customs Kamrul Islam confirmed this on Tuesday (May 24).

Revenue Officer of Hili Land Port Customs Station Nurul Alam Khan said, “We collected Tk 353.41 crore revenue from July to April in the current fiscal. We fixed a target of earning Tk 36.36 crore revenue in July but we collected Tk 33.58 crore”.
