Two killed in Bheramara filling station blast identified

Two people were burnt to death in a fire caused by an explosion at a filling station in Bheramara upazila of Kushtia on Friday (August 12).
Several others were burnt in this connection.
The deceased were identified as Shahajul, 35, son of Shahajuddin and Bijoy, 16, son of Towhidul Islam. Both hailed from Dighalkandi village of the upazila.
The burnt are Roni, 25, son of Razzak, Rimon, 13, son of late Joinal, and Bidyut, 25, son of Belal Ali. They are now undergoing treatment at Kushtia General Hospital. Of them, doctors referred critically injured Rimon to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
The explosion occurred at Dafader Filling Station in Mohisadora area of Bheramara upazila in Kushtia around 8 am on Friday (August), leaving two dead and several others burnt.
