Boards ready to hold HSC exams

The chairmen of education boards said they are ready to administer Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations if they get 15 days. However, the education board will announce the examination schedule.
Chairmen of education boards took the decision in a meeting at the Dhaka education board auditorium on Thursday (September 24).
Prof Muhammad Ziaul Haque, Chairman of Dhaka Education Board also president of inter-board said, “No major discussion took place over the HSC examination. Still, the decision of the examination is unclear. But, schools will evaluate their students according to their own method. We will provide a guideline in this regard soon.”
He also said that Bangladesh Examination Development Unit (BEDU) was assigned to coordinate the lessons of eight-grade and ninth-grade.
