What Education Minister says over SSC, HSC exams

Education Minister Dipu Moni has said that holding SSC and HSC examinations this year will be considered after monitoring the coronavirus examination situation across the country.

She said this on Tuesday (June 15) while inaugurating tree plantation programme at Keraniganj Jazira Mohammadia Alia Madrasa on the occasion of Golden Jubilee of the Independence. 

Earlier on Sunday (June 13) said that alternative arrangement will be taken if it is not possible to hold SSC and HSC examination on short syllabus.

She said, “We are trying to hold the exams on short syllabus for SSC and HSC candidates of 2021. If that does not happen now, we are thinking about alternatives. But now we have to think about whether we can hold exams or not, if we cannot hold, if there is any alternative- we have to think about everything.”
