DU classes, exams begin Oct 16

In-person classes and examinations of all years of the Dhaka University (DU) will begin from 16 October.

University’s provost standing committee took the decision at a meeting on Tuesday.  Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman presided over the meeting.

Students of first, second and third years are allowed to return halls from 10 October. The students who received at least one coronavirus jab will be allowed to move into their respective halls from 8am on 10 October.

Meanwhile, the honours and master's final year students have started entering halls from today, Tuesday.
