All social media including Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp will be kept under strict surveillance during this year's SSC and its equivalent examinations. If any ID is suspected, law enforcing agencies will monitor it.
The decision was taken at a meeting with law enforcing agencies on security for the SSC exams at the education ministry on Wednesday (October 27).
According to sources, strict surveillance will be started through social media a week before the start of SSC examinations. The issues will be monitored so that no one can leak the question papers or spread rumors. Mobile banking will also be monitored.
If there is any abnormal transaction in any account, it will be closed and checked. In particular, Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp will be monitored.
It was decided that law enforcing agencies will arrest one if he or she spreads rumors from any ID. If there is any suspicion of involvement of any ID with him, he or she will also be brought under surveillance.
