Actress Rhea Chakraborty filed an FIR against Sushant's sisters Priyanka Singh, Meetu Singh, Dr Tarun Kumar of Ram Manohar Lohiya hospital and others.

Rhea filed the FIR in Mumbai's Bandra police station on Monday (September 8). Rhea has said that the accused hatched a conspiracy and obtained a false prescription on a government letterhead containing banned medicines and annexed the same without supervising dose and quantity which may result into a chronic anxiety attack and resulted into the commission of suicide.

Rhea in her statement for this FIR has said that on 8th June's morning she saw Sushant's sister Priyanka's msg in Sushant's phone where she asked him to take all these tablets. She confronted Sushant and asked him to not to take those medicines but he didn't agree with her and asked her to leave the house.

Rhea says it was a fabricated prescription as it mentioned Sushant as an OPD patient and these medicines can't be prescribed based on telephonic consultation.

Rhea further mentions that Meetu and Priyanka were beneficiaries of Sushant's bank accounts and always wanted to control his finances.

Rhea said that when Sushant went to Chandigarh to meet Nitu Singh and OP Singh in January 2020, when he came back, he stopped taking his medicines prescribed be Dr Kersi Chawda on the instance of Meetu and Nitu Singh.

Mumbai police filed an FIR under IPC 306- abetment to suicide, IPC 420 - cheating, IPC 464-  making a false document, IPC 465- punishment for forgery, IPC 466- forgery of record of court or public register.
