Education Minister Dr Dipu has urged to stage social movement against teacher insult and humiliation across the country.

The government will provide all kinds of cooperation for this, she added.

Dipu Moni made the urge in press briefing at the conference room of the ministry on Wednesday (July 6).

The Minister said, “A quarter is instigating to take place such incident to create anarchy in the country. Many avoid protesting even after seeing the matter. It is not a responsibility for the government and law enforcement agencies alone. It’s a duty for our all to protest the incidents.”

She said, “We can resolve the crisis in specific one or two places if we take initiative. But social movement will help opposing them across the country.”

Education Minister said, “Teachers are the artisans of building a nation. It is very unfortunate to hear incidents insulting teachers at different places. We cannot accept their humiliation anyway. A quarter is instigating to occur such evil deeds as part of throwing the government in unfordable situation.”
