Armenia`s death toll in Karabakh battles reaches 710

Armenia has confirmed 37 more its military servicemen were killed in Nagorno-Karabakh, raising the total number of deaths to 710.
A funeral ceremony was held for Armenian soldiers, hours after a truce was announced. The funeral ceremony in the town of Shusha was attended by fellow soldiers and family members.
The Armenian forces squared off against the Azerbaijani Army at the northern and southern axes of Karabakh on Saturday night and Sunday, resulting in a series of intense battles.
Azerbaijan and Armenia are locked in a battle over the breakaway Nagorno-Karabakh region. Basically the area is inside Azerbaijan but run by ethnic Armenians. The fighting has surged to its worst level since the 1990s, when some 30,000 people were killed.
