Rain likely in 4 divisions including Dhaka

Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at one or two places over four divisions in the next 24 hours begins from 9am on Friday.

According to a met office release, rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Dhaka, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions. Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country. 

Day and night temperatures may rise slightly throughout the country, it said. 

Trough of westerly low lies over West Bengal and adjoining area. Seasonal low lies over the South Bay.

Country's maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded 35.0 degree Celsius at Mongla and today's minimum temperature 17.8 degree Celsius was recorded at Tetulia.
