Search committee holds meeting again

Staff Correspondent: The members of search committee for the reconstitution of the Election Commission started its meeting again on Thursday afternoon.

The meeting has begun at 5:10pm at the Supreme Court Judges Lounge in the capital.

Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain presided over the meeting where other committee members- Justice Obaidul Hassan of the High Court, comptroller and auditor general of Bangladesh Masud Ahmed, Public Service Commission chairman Muhammed Sadique and Dhaka University English professor Syed Manzoorul Islam attended.

Earlier, the Election Commission search committee  talked with 12 other representatives of the civil society.
