71 Bangladeshis brought back from Lebanon

A Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) aircraft, which handed over relief materials in Lebanon, has brought back a total of 71 Bangladeshi nationals from Beirut due to economic recession and dreadful explosions.
The aircraft carrying the repatriated Bangladeshi nationals landed at Hazrat Shajalal International Airport at 7:15 am on Wednesday (August 12).
Md Noor Islam, Assistant Director of Inter Service Public Relation (ISPR), confirmed the matter to risingbd.
Earlier on August 10, Bangladesh sent "emergency supplies" to Lebanon for the people of Beirut as a token of friendship who are trying to recover from the damage caused by the massive explosions.
It is mentionable that five Bangladeshi nationals were killed and around 100 others including 21 members of Bangladesh Navy injured in the huge explosions that took place in Lebanon on August 4.
