ACC’s case against 5 including Shahed: Probe report Nov 10

A Dhaka court on Thursday fixed November 10, the date for submission of probe report in a case filed against Regent Hospital Chairman Shahed Karim, former Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) director (Hospitals) Aminul Hasan and three others in much-talked Regent Hospital scam.

Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge KM Imrul Kayes on Wednesday (September 23) fixed the new date and directed ACC deputy director Farid Ahmed Patwari to submit the probe report before the court.

Earlier on Wednesday (September 23) Farid Ahmed Patwari filed the case.

The other accused are- Deputy Director (Hospitals) Yunus Ali, Assistant Director Dr Shafiur Rahman and Research Officer Dr Didarul Islam.
