Dhaka-18, Sirajganj-1 by-polls Nov 12

By-polls to two parliamentary constituencies -- Dhaka-18 and Sirajganj-1—will be held on November 12.

The Election Commission announced the date of by-polls to the two parliamentary constituencies at the Agargaon Election Commission Bhaban in the city on Monday.

The last date for nomination papers’ submission for the aspirants October 13, while the nomination papers will be scrutinised by the commission officials on October 15.

According to the announcement, the last date for withdrawal of candidacy is October 22.
