Bangladesh reports 19 new Covid-19 deaths, 1094 cases

At least 19 people died of coronavirus or Covid-19 infection in Bangladesh in the last 24 hours, raising the total number of deaths to 5,780 across the country so far.

Besides, 1094 new cases were detected over the same period, taking the total number of infected cases to 3,97,507 across the country.

A press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) confirmed the development on Saturday (October 24).
