Bangladesh reports 15 deaths of coronavirus in 24 hrs

Bangladesh reported 15 deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours across the country, raising the toll to 7,981 so far.

Besides, some 619 new cases were detected during the same period, taking the total number of cases to 5,30,890 across the country.

A press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) confirmed the development on Friday (January 22).

Meanwhile, some 487 people made recovery from the deadly virus, climbing the total recovered people to 4,75,561.
