Three robbers held with arms in Dhaka

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) personnel have detained three robbers with lethal weapons from Basila Metro Housing area in Hazaribagh in Dhaka.

The detainees are – Arif Hossain, 21, Hasan Gazi alias Babu, 20, and Mamun Bepari, 21.

A press release issued by RAB confirmed the matter on Saturday (January 23) noon.

RAB said, acting on a tip-off, a team of RAB-2 raided the area around on Friday and detained the three robbers while they were taking preparation for robbery.

A case has been filed with Hazaribagh police station in this regard.
