M M Kayser joins risingbd as acting editor

Renowned media personality M M Kayser has joined risingbd.com, one of the popular online news portals in the country, as the acting editor of the portal.

He officially took charge at a reception ceremony held at the risingbd’s office in the capital’s Mirpur 1 on Monday (March 01).

At the function, risingbd Publisher SM Zahid Hasan, President of risingbd Managing Committee and Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited Deputy Managing Director (DMD) Md Humayun Kabir, Advisory Editor of the portal Uday Hakim, Executive Editor Taposh Roy, News Editor Mohammad Nurul Hoque and other employees gave him a floral reception.

While speaking on the occasion, risingbd Publisher SM Zahid Hasan said, “Today is the first day of March. This month is one of the achievements in our life. This year we stepped into the golden jubilee of independence. We have achieved a lot in the last 50 years. We have enlisted in the club of developing countries. At the same time, risingbd has many achievements in its journey of several years. In the meantime, risingbd has established a distinctive position in publishing objective news and appeared as one of the mainstream media.”
