Vaccinations for foreign nationals to begin on March 17

Foreign nationals in Bangladesh will also get Coronavirus vaccine. The vaccine registration for foreign nationals living and working in the country will start on March 17.

Dr Farid Hossain, director (hospitals and clinics) of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) confirmed the matter to risingbd on Saturday (March 6).

He said, on March 17, a separate tab will be attached with the Coronavirus vaccine registration website ‘Surokkha’ to register foreigners.

On January 27, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the coronavirus vaccine. The vaccination program is going on from February 7.
