Four Bangladeshi women judges in UN peacekeeping mission for first time

Four Bangladeshi women judges are going to take part in the UN peacekeeping mission for the first time. Three of them will join South Sudan and another in Somalia.
Md Rezaul Karim, Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs revealed this information on Sunday (March 8).
The four women judges are Munshiganj Joint District and Sessions Judge Afsana Abedin, Tangail Senior Judicial Magistrate Nawrin Mahbuba, Cox’s Bazar District Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal Judge (District Judge) Jebunnahar Ayesha and Jamalpur Joint District and Sessions Judge Lubna Jahan.
