Covid-19: Bangladesh reports 56 deaths in last 24 hrs

Bangladesh reported 56 deaths from coronavirus in last 24 hours, raising the toll to 11,934 across the country.

Besides, 1,386 new cases were detected over the same period, raising the total number of infections to 7,73,513 across the country so far.

A press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) confirmed the development on Sunday (May 9).
