Covid-19: Bangladesh reports 261 new cases, 22 deaths in 24 hrs

Bangladesh reported 22 deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours, raising the toll to 12,124 across the country.

Besides, 261 new cases were detected over the same period, raising the total number of infections to 7,79,796 across the country so far.

A press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) confirmed the development on Saturday (May 15).
