Bangladesh reports 38 more Covid-19 deaths, 1676 new cases

Bangladesh reported 38 more deaths from coronavirus (Covid-19) in the last 24 hours, raising the total number of deaths to 12,839 across the country.

Besides, some 1,676 new cases were detected over the same period, raising the total number of infected cases to 8,10,990 across the country so far.

A press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) confirmed the development on Sunday (June 06).

A total of 1,895 Covid-19 patients made recoveries in the last 24 hours, bringing the total recoveries to 7,51,895 the release said.
