Bangladesh requests KSA to exempt expats from quarantine

Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen requested the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to exempt Bangladeshi workers from quarantine restrictions when they go there after completing quarantine in their home country.
The foreign minister made the request while talking to Saudi Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud on the phone on Saturday (June 12).
AK Abdul Momen mentioned, it will help Bangladeshi workers to save money.
In reply, the foreign minister of Saudi assured Bangladesh that the issue will be considered.
Meanwhile, Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud said, no foreigner will get permission to enter Saudi Arabia from any country during the Covid-19 pandemic this year, but foreigners who are staying there now can participate in Hajj along with Saudi people.
