SC issues no stay on appointment of 2,500 teachers

The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday (June 22) did not issue any stay order on the appointment of writ petitioner 2,500 teachers to the private educational institutions.
Non-Government Teachers Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) filed a petition to the Appellate Division seeking stay on the order.
After hearing, Chamber judge of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court Justice Obaidul Hassan sent the petition to the full bench.
The next hearing will be held in the full bench of the Supreme Court (SC) on July 27.
