Mishu, Zisan remanded

A Dhaka court has put two associates of model Faria Mahabub Piasha on remand in separate cases.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Mamunur Rashid passed the order after the hearing on Thursday (August 5).

The accused are- Md Shariful Hasan alias Mishu Hasan and Masudul Islam alias Zisan. Of the two, Mishu was placed on a total of nine-day remand in three separate cases (pornography, arms, and narcotics) and Jisan was remanded for four days in two separate cases (special act and pornography).

Earlier, police produced Mishu before the court and pleaded to place him on a total of 30-day remand.

On Tuesday (August 3), the duo was arrested with drugs and arms from Bashundhara area in the capital. Meanwhile, a firearms, six rounds of bullets, 13,300 pieces of Yaba pills, mobile phones, ATM cards, passports, and Indian fake notes were seized from them.
