Bangladesh logs 9 more Covid-19 deaths

Bangladesh reported 9 deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours, climbing the national toll to 27,746 across the country so far.

Besides, some 396 new cases were reported during the same period. With this, the total number of infections stood at 15,64,881 in the country.

A press release of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed the development on Friday (October 15).

Alongside, as many as 523 Covid-19 patients made recoveries in the last 24 hours, bringing the total recoveries to 15,26,891 the release said.
