Bangladesh reports five more Covid-19 death

Bangladesh reported five more death from coronavirus in the last 24 hours, climbing the national toll to 28,010 across the country so far.

Besides, some 291 new cases were reported during the same period. With this, the total number of infections stood at 15,78,011 in the country.

A press release of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed the development on Tuesday (December 7).

Alongside, as many as 308 Covid-19 patients made recoveries in the last 24 hours, bringing the total recoveries to 15,42,908, the release said.
